Before working out at O.B. Training and Sports Performance, marathon runner Gregg Plonisch battled
chronic back pain and wasn’t getting the results he wanted at typical gyms.
“I wanted something structured, and because I run long distances, I needed exercises that would build my core and not bulk up,” said the 35-year-old former college and high school athlete.
Running with new strength, endurance
Gregg signed up for small group classes and F.A.T Camp group classes and within months he saw the results he previously wasn’t getting at big box gyms. He replaced his normal running training with O.B. classes and has the endurance and strength to run half-marathons without putting in as many miles.
“I’ve seen and felt changes in my body that I’ve never seen before and that I couldn’t achieve on my own,” said Gregg
Gregg points to four specific elements that give O.B. Training and their clients the edge above local fitness facilities:
- Personal attention
- Corrective exercises
- Structured routines
- Variety of unique exercises
