2015 Elite Athlete Summer Training Camp O.B. Training & Sports Performance will be accepting 8 High School and 8 College athletes for their Elite Athlete Summer Training Camp.  If you want to play at the next level this is where you need to spend your summer vacation! This intense 5 Day/Week training program will prepare every athlete for their next season Here is the full list of what’s included: Functional Movement Screen/Individual Assessment/Goal Planning 10 Week Strength and Conditioning program 3 Days Focusing on Strength Training/Developing Explosive Power 2 Days on the field working on developing Explosive Speed/Reactive Agility O.B. Training Strength and Conditioning Manual O.B. CALLING ALL Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education and Health Science Majors! O.B. Training & Sports Performance is looking to bring on an intern for the 2015 Summer Session.  If you are or know some one who is an upper level Kinesiology/Exercise Science/Physical Education or Health Science student looking for an amazing summer internship experience contact us today!     As an intern you will assist the Sports Performance Coaches at O.B. Training & Sports Performance in creating/implementing strength and conditioning programs for our members. Interns will be required to participate in training groups, observe coaches, as well as assist with coaching as part of their training. Athlete In The Spotlight: Kristy Plonisch

Kristy Plonisch is one tough lady. She’s up for the competition and pushes herself to the edge.  You will find her here most days early in the morning, bearing the cold with her signature hat, preparing to lift heavy weights.  A dedicated mother and wife, she definitely personifies what it means to be strong. Kristy was kind enough to take the hat off and answer a few questions for us…   Q: Tell us a little about you. Kristy: I am a 35 year old wife, mom to a 6 year old (and a crazy dog) and I work part time at Nimey’s The New Generation.  I enjoy game night with my family, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, traveling, sewing, reading and warm weather. Q: How long have you been training with O.B. Training? Kristy: I have been training at O.B.
