“Since coming to O.B., I’ve become stronger, faster and better. O.B. Training has helped me achieve things I only dreamed of.” – Mackenzie, 13, Whitesboro, NY hockey and softball player
At age 13, Mackenzie already has earned top spots on the Syracuse National Hockey Team and regional softball leagues, but that’s not enough for this goal-driven young athlete.
“I knew as I got older I would need to work more and build my strength and endurance to achieve my goals.”
Increased speed, agility and stamina
Building speed, agility and stamina on the ice were top goals when Mackenzie came to O.B. Training and Sports Performance this summer. She also sought to improve her batting power and increase her throwing distance for softball.
Expert coaches Ryan Obernesser and Christina D’Amico customized a program specifically designed to boost Mackenzie’s speed and power. With that guidance and training, Mackenzie said she reached goals she only dreamed of. She broke a personal and league record for the Rome Softball League by hitting a grand slam.
“That was something I only dreamed of,” Mackenzie said of her grand slam hit. “Since coming to O.B., I’ve become stronger, faster and better. O.B. Training has helped me achieve things I only dreamed of.”
